The bioptical composition is performed by applying criteria deduced from geometrical formulae. Complex forms may be created making use of analytical geometry and, from case to case, by using computer-programming. Yet, the same as in perspective drawing, relatively simple rules may be learned. Thus: in area II (Fig. 34), the artist may spontaneously release his creative energy (the same as in Action Painting), but in area III, meant for obtaining bioptical effects, his intervention should be correlated with his intention of creating certain spatial and colour effects.
